60 min follow up- $115

45 min follow up-  $95

75 min follow up- $140

90 min follow up- $165

30 min follow up- $65

Appointment time includes interview, assessment, treatment, and home care  exercises if needed.

Direct billing to extended health insurance companies available with Cheryl, Marina and Hahle.  Kim direct bills Pacific Blue Cross and Medavie only.
