Kim Johnston RMT

Kim became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2005 after completing a three year program at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy.  She has a strong interest in fitness and healthy living and also believes that a balanced  life enhances healing.  Through massage therapy, she helps her clients move towards optimal health. She uses a range of techniques; treating the muscles, fascia, and joints through myofascial therapy, deep tissue massage (which includes neuromuscular and triggerpoint therapies), joint play, manual stretching, and muscle energy techniques.  She may give the client home care such as stretches, strength exercises, postural correction, or ice/heat treatments. She may coach clients on relaxation and stress relieving techniques if needed.   Pregnancy massage and sports massage are also areas of interest.  The clinic has special pregnancy pillows for lying in a supported face down position.

Cheryl Gray RMT

Cheryl began her training in 1999 and has obtained a certificates from the Alberta Institute of Massage Therapy and as well as the Okanagan College of Massage in Vernon BC in 2005.    This is where Kim and Cheryl first met, and are the founding therapists of the clinic.
Her professional development has been in the areas of yoga therapy, myofacial release, posture improvement, chronic pain management. In her off time you may see her exploring trails, lakes and mountains with her family.

Hahle Dunn RMTHahle Profile

Hahle graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2015. She integrates a combination of hands on skills including Myofascial Release, Swedish, joint mobilisations and stretching techniques into her treatments.

Hahle has a passion for understanding how the body is connected and educating her clients on the concept of full body integration. Using assessments and special testing, her goal is to determine the main cause of discomfort in the body.  She is experienced with treatments for pregnancy,  elders as well as stress, postural concerns, muscle tension and pain.

Outside the clinic you will find Hahle planning her next outdoor adventure, digging in the garden or working on her latest Pinterest inspired project!

Marina Frederick RMT

Marina is a graduate of the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. She became a Registered Massage Therapist in the fall of 2021

Marina endeavors to reduce stress in the body through massage therapy. Drawing from her training in Swedish & non-Swedish massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, hydrotherapy, stretches and joint mobilizations, she works to tailor assessment and massage techniques for the treatment of each person. She also works with her clients to provide home care strategies that support their health goals.

Marina strives to accommodate each client’s condition, observe their bodies posture and response to treatment carefully. By considering the body as a whole, she works to assist each client with their needs.
