Kim Johnston RMT

Kim became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2005 after completing a three year program at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. She has an interest in fitness and healthy living and believes that a balanced life enhances healing. She uses Swedish and Neuromuscular therapy, some Myofascial techniques, manual stretching, and joint mobilizations. She incorporates home exercise programs such as stretches and strength exercises to maximize treatment effect. Kim is a mom of two boys and can be seen on the trails in all seasons; running, xc skiing, and biking.


Cheryl Pakkalen RMT

Cheryl began her training in 1999 and has obtained a certificates from the Alberta Institute of Massage Therapy and as well as the Okanagan College of Massage in Vernon BC in 2005.    This is where Kim and Cheryl first met, and are the founding therapists of the clinic.

Her professional development has been in the areas of yoga therapy, myofacial release, posture improvement, chronic pain management. In her off time you may see her exploring trails, lakes and mountains with her family.


Hahle Dunn RMT

Hahle graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2015.  She integrates a combination of hands on skills including Myofascial Release, Swedish, joint mobilisations, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation) and stretching techniques into her treatments. She also has specific training to treat the jaw and mouth.

Hahle is curious about understanding how the body is connected and talking with her clients about full body integration. Throughout the treatment she will use different assessment techniques to help determine the main cause of discomfort in the body.

Outside the clinic you will find Hahle at the gym or on her yoga mat, playing in the garden, exploring nearby trails and lakes or working on her latest sewing project!

Marina Frederick RMT

Marina is a graduate of Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. She became a RMT in the fall of 2021. Marina strives to support the comfort and the well-being of her clients. She works to aid in stress and pain management through massage therapy. Drawing from her training in Sweedish, non-Sweedish, Myofacial techniques, hydrotherapy, stretching and joint mobilization’s she aims to tailor assessment and massage treatment for each person. She also collaborates with her clients to provide home care strategies that support their health goals.

In her free time, Marina likes to get together with friends and family. She enjoys going for walks, listening to audiobooks and attending group fitness classes.
