Only one pre-screening is required at this time. Your screening will be emailed to you 48 hours before your massage time. It is still required to complete this before your massage time.
Masks are no longer Manditory. If you have had two doses of a covid vaccine wearing a mask is at your discretion. If you have only received one dose of vaccine masks are recommended but not required.
